Here's an idea! there may be an opportunity for someone to create an idea/platform that can 'cancel' a whole host of stuff for people and recover money on their behalf- from rail tickets to flights to concerts, etc. If we look at the trend, people struggle to cancel things once they buy and searches around this keyword are quite telling.
