Screen Addiction is the new 'Digital Heroin'

The irony of writing this message on social media is not lost on us, but this is a real issue and people seem to be aware of it and acknowledging that there is a screen time problem.

There are a number of ways to reduce screen time- physically disconnect (remove apps, keep the phone in a different room of the house, etc. ), use apps to remind us of mindful consumption (fight fire with fire/ prevention tech), and in time we'll all find a new normal (evolution)!
